Deloitte is a ethics oriented company in organization point of view only. But not in respect of employee point, example they are holding PLR bonus of earlier rating year for 03 months, and also should not be in notice period during the waiting time after appraisal cycle closes even. One more point, same grade employees are in different with benefits providing. These both really shocking and dishonours the employee contributions.

The Office environment and reputation of the company is good

Dislikes

They give negligible salary to freshers and make them do any work for any position that's vacant. Most of the times they don't have much projects and keep the freshers on bench without any clarity and blame them for not getting good ratings.

Deloitte usi provides a lot of employee well being and benefits programs including reimbursements, good salary hikes, good number of leaves and also rewards on good performance.

Work life balance takes a hit on critical projects which needs improvement.

Its just a hoax that it is a good company, work life balance is not at all good and people are also asked not to go to events organized by them in order to work for business

...ns on taking leaves. Job security is good if you have above average performance. Salary hike depends on project to project. Best part is bonus payout is mostly more than 100%

Poor promotion policy. Taking promotion is next to impossible here, only lucky people get promoted. Work life completely depends on project.
