...work-life balance. But, when you start working you get to know the hard reality. For a little better salary than competitors, employees are expected to work 15 hrs/ day and management talks about not working more than 9 hrs/day. Management is always dreaming. No work-life balance at all. One bad decision I made changed my life for ever. Only one word of advise- STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY if you don't want to screw yourself.

Everything expect salary. Whats the use of that salary which they promise and can't pay as they start laying off people. They should learn from TCS, Infosys etc how to treat their employees.

...ns on taking leaves. Job security is good if you have above average performance. Salary hike depends on project to project. Best part is bonus payout is mostly more than 100%

1. No work life balance as most of the projects have tight deadlines and people end up working 12 to 14 hours a day. 2. Micromanagement in some of the projects.

Salary was good and perks for employees are good.

Dislikes

Worst work management, all they need is work to be done irrespective of knowledge you had, if your are a java developer, they'll ask you write code in php and get it done ASAP. They say they'll follow agile methodology but in reality they follow spreadsheets and no billable hours given until you asked 100 times, in the mean time you'll get senior leader mails for not maintaining proper timesheets. Worst managers and worst projects. From my side don't go in the project called CALHeerS or FPACt

Its a women leadership company. Favouritism and office politics are toxic. Too much wokism. Feedbacks are not direct. Coach and managers speaks with High sounding words, essentially means nothing. Unless you are aligned to their politics you are out
