Job security making layoff in name Iap performance basis even after doing good work for all year no one is answering why I am put under Iap all day due to resasion they Wana making job cut and this is the way they choose

...freedom to change your role . I spoiled my precious time by choosing deloitte. I suggeest if you have another offer even with less pay please go for that.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
