I think the flexibility that Deloitte offers is amazing and as an employee, I am free to work from wherever I want to, and there is no micro management. The team is very professional and there is not much hierarchy.

Dislikes

The salary paid by Deloitte is not commensurate to the work. Appraisal, especially at Deloitte, India are not up to the mark and overall I believe you are underpaid significantly at Deloitte.

Likes

The Peeple, The culture, The leadership visits with free food :), Work satisfaction at least in finance teams, and Occasional ethnic wear :), these all make the Deloitte best. However, I know the culture may vary from team to team, but if you are able to find a good team, you are all sorted.

Dislikes

The hikes are not that good, and last year bonus was also not that great.. Hope this will improve in coming years.

Many things can be learnt, good for skill development. New and advanced technologies as per industry standards.

Dislikes

Horrible work culture, no work life balance, salary not increased in my team (not sure about other teams), problem in infra as overcrowded place.

Pay was really good. It was above the market.

Dislikes

They would speak sweetly yo cover outside world. But when it comes to reality they will turn your life up side down. Words don't alignment with their actions. For last 1 year I worked for more than 11 hours per day.

Deloitte has an amazing range of benefits over and above the usual compensation and the open-door work culture is amazing! Every project provides opportunities to learn new things every day and no two days are the same at Deloitte. The leadership is supportive and enable learning and growth while ensuring the employees well-being is taken care of. Overall, the best place to work, hands down!

The lack of flexibility in working hours and work from office days in some of the teams can be improved.
