The people at Deloitte. It’s all about them. The culture is great and they pay well. I feel If you are working in a consulting environment, you cannot complain about the work. You just enjoy work and take those disconnects to relax and refill. They are paying well so I don’t have any complaints

Dislikes

I would not say it is about Deloitte but yeah It is about a few people at the leadership level and I feel, people at that level should be honest and reliable because their decisions have a larger impact on employees.

Good salary and perks compared to other big 4s. Two days office

Dislikes

Terrible timings especially working with Gurgaon teams, they come very late and work all night Have to work for 11 to 13 hours a day Have to work Saturdays and some Sundays No job security, they will say budget constraints and put you in Plan to say good bye

Company is great when it come to pay Nad benefits ,but there is no one to hear about your problem no Hr system is there they do what the manager say about.

Dislikes

There is no job security they can fire you any time, they say if you are not successful in project they will just throw you out. On what your manager says. And in my team at GTO GPE there is on old sick man.

No respect for experienced professional hired externally for the work done in the past, highly politically driven culture mostly favouring female colleagues, pay disparity, not enough work for the specialisation.

Worst worst work culture.... No work life balance you'll get. You have to work 15 hrs a day but your senior ask you work more.... Even then you'll get no recognition. They'll simply give bad remarks for how much work you did, which will affect your salary, promotion and bonuses. Life in deloitte purely depends on the team you are getting. But you have to be very lucky!
