If your salary exceeds a certain threshold, appraisals tend to be in the single-digit range, and bonus allocations may also be affected. Many managers may directly request employees to stretch their work hours. Additionally, securing strong appraisals and promotions requires going beyond core responsibilities, including contributions to both client success and firm-wide initiatives.

Salary was good and perks for employees are good.

Worst work management, all they need is work to be done irrespective of knowledge you had, if your are a java developer, they'll ask you write code in php and get it done ASAP. They say they'll follow agile methodology but in reality they follow spreadsheets and no billable hours given until you asked 100 times, in the mean time you'll get senior leader mails for not maintaining proper timesheets. Worst managers and worst projects. From my side don't go in the project called CALHeerS or FPACt
