Compensation and Deloitte really value thier Employees as family Leaves for festivals are at different level and more importantly the collective disconnect where they have 10 days disconnect from work from CHRISTMAS to NEW YEAR

Looks a little dominant on their rules and regulations but that doesn't affects any benefits to employees

Worst worst work culture.... No work life balance you'll get. You have to work 15 hrs a day but your senior ask you work more.... Even then you'll get no recognition. They'll simply give bad remarks for how much work you did, which will affect your salary, promotion and bonuses. Life in deloitte purely depends on the team you are getting. But you have to be very lucky!

Hybrid work culture, good salaries and work life balance, Decent salary increments, few additional benifits like mobile phone reimbursement and well being reimbursement are few good things.

Salary on time that's it but no job security, will be forced to leave, full politics ,Ministers can work here

Quality drastically reduced Full politics with zero job security,forced to leave Inefficient , incapable managers You will be asked to work as security guard for non all 8-10 inefficient team members and will be forced to leave if disagree any task Silent treatment, mental harassment
