Almost everything!! Travelling 5 days a week after covid! Working almost 13-15hrs in office No office shuttle Working on weekends No hike! Where in which company you have seen where they increase your project allocation by month to month basis knowing the project is 5+years long! (Welcome to your big4) Managers verbally treat you unprofessionally! Company rum by bunch of hooligans from the industry!! They don't have families i think hence they are on 6+hrs of call!! Just go away even if you have any offers!

...freedom to change your role . I spoiled my precious time by choosing deloitte. I suggeest if you have another offer even with less pay please go for that.

Team lead - US healthcare .Salary is good and big organization with multiple projects

If you join as contact employee then you will not have any value in the company. They will assign you projects randomly not based on your skill set, previous experience or education background . Most of the manager will not have good attitude . No proper training for the team Mangers will hesitate to ask clarifications to client . Performance appraisal will not get genuinely. Mangers will involve mostly to give rating to team members and decrease the rating for silly reasons

The Culture and skill development and learning is very good in Deloitte.

Promotion and Salary is completely based on your rating given by team leader. So if you are working hard but your team leader is biased then you will get bad ratings which affects promotion and appraisal.

False commitment by seniors Low pay Long working hours Transfer of employees from DC(implementation) to DFO (Support) without their acknowledgement when asking senior to change offering they say this will set wrong example. I was a developer earlier now I work on tickets where learning is 0.
