Pros : Compensation, bonus, hikes are good and can move across different technologies easily.

Dislikes

Cons: Work life balance isn’t great and work culture wise company tends to make employees finish the work no matter what circumstance/knowledge you have on it.

Awesome place to learn many things and grow but it comes at expense of your personal time sacrifice.

Dislikes

Long working hours and work pressure.Pay looks good but less compared to your efforts and time invested.

...You will get to work on good project and always a great opportunity to learn. 2. Salary and appraisals are good.

1. No work life balance as most of the projects have tight deadlines and people end up working 12 to 14 hours a day. 2. Micromanagement in some of the projects.

Salary was good and perks for employees are good.

Worst work management, all they need is work to be done irrespective of knowledge you had, if your are a java developer, they'll ask you write code in php and get it done ASAP. They say they'll follow agile methodology but in reality they follow spreadsheets and no billable hours given until you asked 100 times, in the mean time you'll get senior leader mails for not maintaining proper timesheets. Worst managers and worst projects. From my side don't go in the project called CALHeerS or FPACt

Salary is good compared to other big 4 companies

Dislikes

Worst worst work culture.... No work life balance you'll get. You have to work 15 hrs a day but your senior ask you work more.... Even then you'll get no recognition. They'll simply give bad remarks for how much work you did, which will affect your salary, promotion and bonuses. Life in deloitte purely depends on the team you are getting. But you have to be very lucky!
