...k Culture. Work life balance. Management is worst and biased. No Job security. Hire and Fire culture without paying salary of the employees. Salary Detained by Company. Very unprofessional organization.

...ubject matter expert with his guidance comparatively in shorter span of time . One can come on time and leave on time only once a week when there is a meeting with MD rest all days its 10 to 7 pm. And best of working machines is provided to employees to work. Salary usually come on time, I have not face any problem so far and also incentive also come on time as am part of sales team as well as communicated by HR team. HR team is helpful and if you have any problems, they are very cooperative. One of fastest learning learning and growth oriented company, so looking for growth or learning, DLC gives you both. And DLC will be unicorn soon. Happy Working guys

...rom Pune and she knew about Della Resorts. She was delighted with my latest job. Salary and compensation is far better than other companies. Not typical corporate office. Everyone including senior management knows each and every staff. And they are very cordial to each other. It has been six months I am working here. Every day I learn something new here. And the CMD, Jimmy Mistry sir's energy so contagious. Lucky to get employed here. I already recommended my friend to join another division of Della Group i.e. Della by Jimmy Mistry.
