...le joins and then they run away in first week only majority people in first day. They don't give salary after giving resignation with notice period OR they ask to resign then don't give salary. Very horrible work environment. Their behaviour and words are completely opposite. To stay at home is better option than to work with Della group.

After more than 17 years of Experience i am still learning from Della, every time i get new vertical of business to learn.

If you want to work & grow than its a good place, if you want to sit ideal and have salary for time pass then don't join.

Salary takes 2 months to come Expectation is very high no work time And we have to work as like head quarters work timings they all will start there work after 1 pm in noon they expect to work with us in late night and next early morning but they will start again next day after 1 pm ☹️ No butler have worked here more the. 2 months - rude behaviour

...The work culture is terrible, No Professional culture not , proper working time. Salary is Never on time , Sometimes 2 months late

Toxic Work culture ,. Ridiculous mentality of senior stafs , salary is 2 moths late . Employee are forced to work late .

They never pay salary on time. Worst company to work with. No professionalism and toxic atmospere to work. You will be asked to sit late for no reason. There is no job security. If you have joined Della then best of luck for your worst time in life.
