Their is Nothing to like about Della Group! The only Unethical Organisation I have worked and experienced till date.

...o copy or replicate an existing creative from the international design market. The Major issue of this Organization is they always pay you Salary two months later and also No Respect for Any Level Employee! Right from the CMD to All MDs and other staff use slang abusive language in every communication let it be a board meeting or a Normal meet! All that anyone will experience is Dislike for the Overall organisation! They i.e; the Founder & CMD of Della Group will show u All Big Picture during Joining the Organization but later what anyone will experience is a Fake and Unethical Culture Around. They keep employees under pressure and exploit them to every possible level they can! Zero Value for Any Creative or Management person.

Managers and general managers are ver rude. They don't treat their staff as a human being..

They don't their staff as human beings, they treat them as a slave. Salary comes very late. Some of the managers are very rude to their junior staffs.
