Payroll and decent package if you are not a fresher. This is the only pro I can talk about this organisation.

Never join this organisation. Big no. Threating and harrasment on Zoom call happens whole day. Management will harass you even during notice period. They will force you to buy out the notice period and exit the organisation. There is no job security, you will be moved to any department is required where your skills and experience won't match. This is the only organization where employee work for paycheck loosing their self respect. Pathetic management and hopeless HR department.

...ey value thier employess and give hike according to their internal calculations. i was wasn't capped to my expectations infact they increased the package to my abilities so yes, i definitely must appreciate this policy of Dell being unique and actually valuing their employees.

Work life balance for new folk is hell. you get used to it as you get tenured.

Company specially in technical support line becoming worst day by day management do not want to listen.

... of micromanagement they are doing creating horrible environment on daily basis. I know one thing one day if people get any other opportunity even if at same salary they will leave. Most of them are working because they know they can not get job anywhere else that is kind of learning company is providing. That is the kind of people this company wants to work with.

Good company... my experience is very awesome.....good hike as per the performance n bonus n appraisals.......but as every organization has its pros n cons it has it thou.......we can ignore the cons as the benefit will overcome it......

No Hike, No promotion after working like anything.. Always have to heard about a sentence, “you have to be a smart worker”… Not sure what is the definition of smart work according to the Management.
