There is no work life balance.The managers are toxic.can take only 7 leaves a quarter including sick leaves.

Just an Amazing Company to work with. Only concern is they hired me for low package... I didn't know ro ask more. They could have provided me more package

HR don't Proactively Provide High Package. Example My friend knew to ask for more. He got more. Me asked for less as i was unaware dell provides more too. Hence will be resigning too to fullfill my financial needs. Dell is an amazing place to stick for lifetime. I am moving out just to balence my financial needs. Will resign soon

Company specially in technical support line becoming worst day by day management do not want to listen.

... of micromanagement they are doing creating horrible environment on daily basis. I know one thing one day if people get any other opportunity even if at same salary they will leave. Most of them are working because they know they can not get job anywhere else that is kind of learning company is providing. That is the kind of people this company wants to work with.

Good company... my experience is very awesome.....good hike as per the performance n bonus n appraisals.......but as every organization has its pros n cons it has it thou.......we can ignore the cons as the benefit will overcome it......
