Everything that was good about Dell ended 2 years back. Nothing is good now.

...es more miserable and feel tortured from 5 days a week policy and no promotions. And from what I have heard extremely low or negligible salary hikes. The culture is extremely bad for a long term perspective and would take a toll on your mental health. The work that they make you do is dated and not industry relevant. So don't join dell unless you want to spoil your mental health and career.

This is worst place to join. They will advertise worl life balance and hire with low salary comparative to best compan. But they will grind resources like anything. Every year they fire 10% peoples. Tell dell is scam if you submit your genuine review against things you are odd man out. And you will be targeted by then.

...y don’t work as team and most of the time tries to take credit of others work. Second thing is poor salary hike.. Even after putting my day and night for one full year, got only 5.6% as annual hike , which is less than the inflation rate.. Otherwise, Dell as a company is good but you are lucky if you are getting a good team , who can respect your skills and give you the credit.
