5 days working and timely salary. No job security and no HR culture in company. The manager has got all power from hiring to firing employees. I have lost my job due to this pandemic because business was not as per expected due to overall market conditions and company didn’t support me save my job. Pathetic work culture and there is immense pressure to achieve your target. Would recommend all job aspirants to look for other opportunities and not join Dell Technologies.

... transparent. Company policies are good, they give job training for new joinees. appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike .

The work culture is very good. My Managers have given me space to work to my potential in my own best ways.(I must thank my Manager N.Haripriya for the 1000th time again). The targets/goals given are achievable. The Salary/Compensation is probably the best in Hyderabad. Senior Managers care about Front line agents as well as the business. It was great knowing a very driven Senior Manager Asaduallah Hussaini(Asad Boss) - a very inspiring & sensible man.

The thing i disliked was split-offs. As it was US process and always night shifts, it was tiring not to have continuous 2 day-offs. I must also add that My managers were happy with me swapping week-offs in most cases if need be. Career growth to the next role usually takes a long time(5-6 years minimum) in Dell. This is the way the company structures for the next role. The pay hikes are available nevertheless. The Cab facility is timely, Security(Polite & Curt) is good. The training is good and swift(just about 6 weeks). You should be prepared to learn by yourself to survive in Dell though help is always given if asked for.

The culture and work life balance at Dell is excellent. There are learning opportunities depending on the job role.

Due to constant layoffs the job security isn't there. Also, compensation should be improved.

The Work-Life Balance is becoming very poor day by day with expectations to work late hours and weekends without compensation, is particularly challenging. Compensation and benefits are below industry standards. The immediate management tends to be retaliative and blame-shifting, which creates a challenging and equally toxic atmosphere., The work culture is dying here, is toxic, pressuring employees to overwork. Too many long, unproductive meetings further reduce overall productivity. There are limited opportunities for career growth and advancement. Too much micro management at work by immediate leaders. Too much work over commit to higher management of immediate leader leading to employee dissatisfaction.
