Company specially in technical support line becoming worst day by day management do not want to listen.

... of micromanagement they are doing creating horrible environment on daily basis. I know one thing one day if people get any other opportunity even if at same salary they will leave. Most of them are working because they know they can not get job anywhere else that is kind of learning company is providing. That is the kind of people this company wants to work with.

It's an excellent place to work. The job security is high. Even you are low performer Dell will give you chances. For managers every year they have a survey called Tell Dell. This survey taken seriously and the managers get a lot of room for improvement

Good company... my experience is very awesome.....good hike as per the performance n bonus n appraisals.......but as every organization has its pros n cons it has it thou.......we can ignore the cons as the benefit will overcome it......

The work life balance is good at Dell, Culture code, Respect each others opinion, Respect culture religion, With Dell it is not work it feels like Home.

Its a great place to work as we would be able to have work life balance. The only thing to work on is the package.
