Good Salary and Benefits, work life balance no strict timings as long as you complete the work on time. Lot of opportunities to learn new skills and people who can mentor if needed.

Dislikes

Every Quarter there will be a panic about Layoffs. Anytime you think of getting promoted you will be moved to a new team, and they will call it a team restructure and your appraisal and promotion will be delayed.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions.
