...nior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.I have worked under thirds party pay role and 1year of bond so I thought to work in dell but I Was third party engineer

Working as a desktop Support engineer. Get change to explore in this field. Work load is more sometime and timing is not flexiable.

very less salary. team member behavior is very bad. specially senior.

The only good part is Skill Development, Freshers can definitely learn hardware Troubleshooting skills.

based on exp it may vary from P2P: Compensation was nill, Work pressure was high, managers used to ask to extend shifts don't gave priority to your personal life commitments. If you are Keep good relations with Seniors you will grow, It doesn't matter how good your CSAT was if you are not good in up-selling forget your appraisal. Taking offs was like begging not sure if it has changed now. Only a handful of good guys were there to help if you are luck that they are not stuck on any escalations.

The culture and work life balance at Dell is excellent. There are learning opportunities depending on the job role.

Due to constant layoffs the job security isn't there. Also, compensation should be improved.

I don't see a single point as of now. This used to be best work life balance org, but not anymore.

The Work-Life Balance is becoming very poor day by day with expectations to work late hours and weekends without compensation, is particularly challenging. Compensation and benefits are below industry standards. The immediate management tends to be retaliative and blame-shifting, which creates a challenging and equally toxic atmosphere., The work culture is dying here, is toxic, pressuring employees to overwork. Too many long, unproductive meetings further reduce overall productivity. There are limited opportunities for career growth and advancement. Too much micro management at work by immediate leaders. Too much work over commit to higher management of immediate leader leading to employee dissatisfaction.
