I worked there for almost one year.Work environment is good.Management is good they are easily accessible.If you are a fresher work for one year and switch company.

...t that food you will become sick.Just like road side food with some what hygine.Salary and hikes are not good they dont even provide coffee for employees

Pay is good at dell, very secured job.. work environment is good.

Trainings and certifications... Dell has taken a worst policy about certifications, very minimal travel opertunities.. career growth is ok but not good.

...e culture, atmosphere and nature of work. Learning and work environment is good. But Salary and appraisal is very worst for good and hard workers. Need to improve that too.

I personally dislike Cab facilities, Salary/Appraisal,, dress code for girls

We can develop our skills, job security and compensation and benefits are good.

Dislikes

There wont be a regular appraisal or we don't get a better appraisal, salary does not meet the bench mark, we cannot run the family with the salary for an associate, shouldn't expect carrier growth because opportunities are less since attrition is less because of job security. Worst vendors who supplies food and that too payable. One way transport. Now DELL BPS is been acquired by NTT DATA. So I am not sure about the organisation policies.
