Company specially in technical support line becoming worst day by day management do not want to listen.

Dislikes

... of micromanagement they are doing creating horrible environment on daily basis. I know one thing one day if people get any other opportunity even if at same salary they will leave. Most of them are working because they know they can not get job anywhere else that is kind of learning company is providing. That is the kind of people this company wants to work with.

...L2 & REX always ask to ping or call for the help. Management is worst than any. To sack the employees whom they don't like or when they recruited the salary was higher than the new joinees they take all wrong unethical means. No means for the employees to contact to the HR through emails. Company Seniors donot have any manners and etiquette to speak to their subordinates. Management does not care about anything, is disloyal, for any feedback reaches the other with name and those employees are tortured mentally. Employees are provided the pressure with unneccesssary tasks like noting down the call duration and reason for long calls while attending calls regularly.

There is a lot of politics and Management and the Senior employees make a team and are game players who doesn't care of Employees. Career growth is very slow. On the job training is useless. Dell recruits for some post and post you to some other post which you're not good at or which you have not applied or interviewed for. Misbehaves with you, insults you in unprofessional languages. You cannot complain to manager or anyone, else they'll torture you more. Very unsatisfactory and unhealthy working culture. None of the working tools of the company works or provides complete information or assistance on troubleshooting. Employees are blamed for that and even sued. None of the promised reimbursement is given to the employees. No etiquette. Misbehaves and insults, demotivate you. Worst of worst company to work with. They lie a lot. They never bother of the clauses and words. Even documented words do not have any value for them. Worst company from all aspects. You will learn nothing and will just waste a part of your life in the company.

The culture and work life balance at Dell is excellent. There are learning opportunities depending on the job role.

Dislikes

Due to constant layoffs the job security isn't there. Also, compensation should be improved.
