Very competitive work culture. Lot of work and continuous effort and growth opportunity present. Solid job security, one can spend eternity over there due to continuous work.

Dislikes

Leadership is stagnant with old ideas and with hardly any rotations, in other words its stable too. Work life balance is difficult due to multiple projects and cross geo calls.

Nothing.. all are selfish people

Dislikes

Management in dell i get a feeel like government emploee. They dono anything but call 4 to 5 meeting everyday just to waste time. Whatever discussed in meeting not ever 5% is implemented. Half the time they spend distinguishing who are permanent &contract employee.
