There are many disadvantages working here : 1. They hire employees with very low salary. Its not even salary even a labour can earn better than you. 2. They expected you create the applications from you. 3. you'll work under tremendous pressure 4. they do fake promises. 5. They have no managment which i rather say they dont have management. 6. They dont have the Knowledge of Technology 7. they have a HR Nagma and she's very clever. Don't believe in her at any cost. 8. For any freshere i must say please to dont get job its ok but not to join this company you'll regret but your confidence will shattered here. Also they do not give your fnf on time, also they dont give the notice period. So dont join this company its completely a failure. They dont know how to run a business.

While there are many Positive aspects of working at Delimp Technology, one area for improvement could be the level of autonomy given to employees in decision making processes. Sometimes, there might be a need for more individual ownership in certain task or projects.
