...de unless ur fresher(that too for 15 days) Operations is worst place to work in. Salary compensation is less compared to other companies. No proper infrastructure. Micro management. Don't join if it comes to your campus placements

Compensation is very law . I am working here as a manager and I was selected by Internal posting policies but my compensation not matched with another managers who looking same type facility,forget matching even not have manager level salary.But I don’t have any complaint and grouse.I am happy to work in this type of family nature.But always miss my senior manager Sadiq Khan who left his job in last month.

Skill development and learning were good. You get a lot of responsibilities and it develops your business acumen. People are fairly qualified

...t. Work-life balance is either good or very very bad, depending on your profile. Compensation and increments are below average. Mostly I felt like overworked and underpaid.
