It's one of the worst company manager or giving full pressure to executive because of they got 50k above salary so that they put over pressure and also they don't know the work on dhelivery through the manager and asking more questions regarding company one of the worst company and don't survey here it's waste of time only.

Nothing I loved or liked at this company as very bad experience and always felt avoiding on benefits and holidays leave

Dislikes

Un systematic work and un experienced team leads and non appraisal on salary and benefits ,bad seniors and top level managers who were never asked any opinions or any supports .also they were always need company goals only never follows empathy in between staffs

Company Accha hai lekin waha ka kuch seniors bohot kharab hai specially mai jo centre me thi , Female employees ka kuch bhi respect nhi hai , safety nhi hai . Waha ka work environment bohot kharab hai . Slangs use hota hai Bohot Ganda Ganda, Bohot unnecessary Ganda baat karta hai wo log. Aur including managers & incharge karta hai . Aur time ka to kuch thik hi nhi hai , in time fixed hai 7am , lekin out time 12/13 hours per day hota tha (9:30/10pm ) , Ek female employee ko continuously 7/8 hours per day khada raheke dispatches karna ,weight shipments sab uthana parta tha kyuki fast operations chalana hai. Uske baad system ka sab kaam khatam karke nikalti thi , kabhi bhi wo log Ek female employees ko time pe ghar nhi jaane deta hai . Aur baad Baki executive ke saath bhi bohot kharab behaviour karta hai wo log . Bohot cheap environment hai . Bohot kharab experience hua hai is company me .

Dislikes

...e, team lead, Hub manager and so on. Top most problem is now corporate politics. They are recruiting fresh employee with much better salary package but experienced & knowledgeable employee salary stays below the level. Even a fresher team lead salary is much higher than a Hub Manager.

I found the work atmosphere here absolutely rubbish, there is no such thing as job security here.

Dislikes

... the staff, if no one is there then they are threatened that they will fire you.Permanent staff is fine that if he takes leave then his leave will be deducted, but if outsourced then salary is deducted.What is the use of doing such a job where you give even if you do not want to leave and their salary is less. And if the peak season comes like diwali holi etc. then they recruit staff at wholesale price, and if their need ends then the staff is fired.
