...nager will force you to work on weekends. In return you will get just more work. Also their exit policy is shit they have lieu of pay notice period clause but even if you die and your family member is dieing they will ask you to serve complete notice period. If you try to seek help from Hr will disappear and act like it does not exist. It's management is run by egoist, incompetent, toxic and evil people. They will try to ruin your life if you don't work as per their will and treat you like slave.

Fast learning environment. You can approach the top senior persons quite easily and can share your thoughts. Company culture is great.

Dislikes

Salary not justify the quality and quantity of work you do. Even if you are one of top performer, you need good bonding for promotion.

Skill development and learning were good. You get a lot of responsibilities and it develops your business acumen. People are fairly qualified

...t. Work-life balance is either good or very very bad, depending on your profile. Compensation and increments are below average. Mostly I felt like overworked and underpaid.

I fell proud for worked there Because my TL was very nice and guide person. Very nice Environment. My colleges were very cooperative and helpful person Nice work all are belong IT not any other work. .

Actually, there is no Job secure means, not permanent or enrolled pay .they prefer only offline employe(3rd party payroll). No salary improvement chance.

Culture is good, will get opportunity to grow and learn but it will not be documented. Working environment is also good. Doesn't have unnecessary pressure except during festivals.

Dislikes

Doesn't pay good while appraisal seasons even if you have worked well. Doesn't get the positions documented while promoting unless you resign. No benefit for employees.
