Nothing is good in this company, there is no work culture, no timings for last mile employees. Big zero.

...s. There is more than 12 hours nearly 18 hours of work no over time is provided. Very low basic salary for last mile workers. There will be more pressure in BBD. Company only thinks about profit nothing about the workers/employees.

Work life balance for TL,Alt totally damage health because there was single person can handle entire day which was 5:30 to 8-9 pm. And continuously depression.

...ervice based industries.. the point is there are a lot of growth opportunities. Salary should ONLY be negotiated at the time of joining, cz appraisal is less compared to CC cashback.

Noticeable Biased monopoly of ground management. Toxic and corrupts Directors of the facility. Complex hierarchy.

...nager will force you to work on weekends. In return you will get just more work. Also their exit policy is shit they have lieu of pay notice period clause but even if you die and your family member is dieing they will ask you to serve complete notice period. If you try to seek help from Hr will disappear and act like it does not exist. It's management is run by egoist, incompetent, toxic and evil people. They will try to ruin your life if you don't work as per their will and treat you like slave.

...ll duty taken by delhivery is 14 to 15 hours and no overtime will be considered. Salary is very low. System software is very old and not responding.
