Performance of delivery boys due to costumer unreached at the location and after that delivery boy didn't maintain there performance on there regular basis.

Aur main isliye isko na Pasand karta hun Kyunki ismein bahut time lagta hai delivery Karke office aane mein Subah 7:00 Baje office Aate Hain aur sham ko 6-7 aur 8 bhi Bach Jaate Hain

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Nothing is good in this company, there is no work culture, no timings for last mile employees. Big zero.

...s. There is more than 12 hours nearly 18 hours of work no over time is provided. Very low basic salary for last mile workers. There will be more pressure in BBD. Company only thinks about profit nothing about the workers/employees.
