No work life balance, management has no idea about ground realities. No body to take responsibility at critical situation, all need to be handled by sales team. No proper training. You have to work 24x7 where management enjoy there holidays. No planning only pressure to make profit.

Everything. Especially leaders they don't deserve to be a leaders. Unprofessional. No sense while talking. Abusive language use. Doesn't matter you are girl.

Like minded people who will inevitably focus on creating a better brand together and help each other in building the same. Delhivery has played a significant role in changing my personal skills as well.
