The company provides a full suite of logistics service such as express parcel transportation B2B and B2C warehousing. There software is very smooth and highly secure and many departments in this company like Delhivery Academy, Lastmile, Security,CS team etc. Similarly many software available in delhivery likes lastmile,Mobcast,NDR calling, Delhivery Academy and workplace etc.

Delhivery company process is very good but some issue is very effective in this organisation some likes salary, work environment, trainings, and politics.

It's one of the worst company manager or giving full pressure to executive because of they got 50k above salary so that they put over pressure and also they don't know the work on dhelivery through the manager and asking more questions regarding company one of the worst company and don't survey here it's waste of time only.

Every thing disappointment it's not good place for your future career

Nothing is good in this company, there is no work culture, no timings for last mile employees. Big zero.

...s. There is more than 12 hours nearly 18 hours of work no over time is provided. Very low basic salary for last mile workers. There will be more pressure in BBD. Company only thinks about profit nothing about the workers/employees.

Work life balance for TL,Alt totally damage health because there was single person can handle entire day which was 5:30 to 8-9 pm. And continuously depression.
