There is no holydays in this operator.salary is not growing no pf no bonous this sad for him .

Nothing I loved or liked at this company as very bad experience and always felt avoiding on benefits and holidays leave

Un systematic work and un experienced team leads and non appraisal on salary and benefits ,bad seniors and top level managers who were never asked any opinions or any supports .also they were always need company goals only never follows empathy in between staffs

Getting salary is on time. During COVID we got salary and it helped us sustain our commitment. Thank you delhivery for that. Salary crediting before month end.

Not fulfilling promises. Breaking promises Delivery boys jobs are not safe No timings. Even no OT. No leaves during festivals

1 - Company Culture 2 - No wait time for salary gets credited every month on time.

Dislikes

1 - Less Salary 2 - Not allowing to take leaves even the leave balance is pending. 3 - Left the job only because of the leaves are not getting approved. 4 - Less Appraisal 5 - Working in the night shift for the long 2 weeks is directly affects on health 6 - No Induction session (Training Session) arranged in the beginning of the work.

Without any delay,we will get salary on 1st of every month....(except, when we have any world wide issues)

*Team politics. *We can survive on Delhivery only when we stay as slave to the management. (It's only from the aspects of hub operations). *May be the goodwill of the company will go down. Better to close watch and impliment proffessional ethics and stream line to all department from altleast its managarial level.
