Though you have to work for long hours and sometimes no leaves for months but you will get ontime salary and leaves if you are highly in need.

Dislikes

Even if you will be promoted you will highly get increment of 8 to 10%. Don't expect yearly appraisals more than 2 to 3%.

Nothing is good in this company, there is no work culture, no timings for last mile employees. Big zero.

...s. There is more than 12 hours nearly 18 hours of work no over time is provided. Very low basic salary for last mile workers. There will be more pressure in BBD. Company only thinks about profit nothing about the workers/employees.

Work life balance for TL,Alt totally damage health because there was single person can handle entire day which was 5:30 to 8-9 pm. And continuously depression.
