Almost everything. Specially the work culture and the managers are terrible. Managers are sitting on the head every time. The CEO Siva is a terrible person he force the manager to send the recruiter in PIP. There is no communication from manager/Anita negi however they send random mail to recruiter without any intimation. Siva , the appointed CEO interfere in daily recruiter activity which is strange.his motto is to establish his previous organisation team in this organisation by removing everyone existing in the system. They try to do branding involving the name of JK Technosoft which is not right.both are different company.

A hell lot of politics is there. There is a trap culture prevailing. There is no scope of career growth and the people are mostly old so it is difficult to cope up in such work environment. Being a Govt. Company, one has to follow lengthy procedures which may result in delay of results.

Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
