Almost everything. Specially the work culture and the managers are terrible. Managers are sitting on the head every time. The CEO Siva is a terrible person he force the manager to send the recruiter in PIP. There is no communication from manager/Anita negi however they send random mail to recruiter without any intimation. Siva , the appointed CEO interfere in daily recruiter activity which is strange.his motto is to establish his previous organisation team in this organisation by removing everyone existing in the system. They try to do branding involving the name of JK Technosoft which is not right.both are different company.

The state transmission utility has good work culture and opportunities to learn latest technologies and development in extra high voltage fields which is unique. The high value projects are always in hand and engineers have options to work on

Dislikes

Being government department has its own limitations

I liked the financial benefits the company provides in the initial years of joining.

Dislikes

A hell lot of politics is there. There is a trap culture prevailing. There is no scope of career growth and the people are mostly old so it is difficult to cope up in such work environment. Being a Govt. Company, one has to follow lengthy procedures which may result in delay of results.

Good work environment.teammates are supportive but the management are not transparent.there are best salery and other allowences for permanent employee but contact besis employees are not any benefit no job security.

Good Learning experience and our senior and staff members helpful each and every moment whenever I ask something about electricity problem or something ale's or life experience shared every things with us....

Actually we working basically on contact so no. Job security is not available contractor contact over we all are job less so that's a my dislike ...👎
