Good work environment and culture. Company policies are good, no salary hike and bonus give only permanent employee. Salary gives time to time.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is average and career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

Worked at race course was very fast risky but I was expert there in payments.... As in banks you have time but in race course there was very short time to do payments in cash but yes I was very familiar there...
