Unnacasary Apologize later writing , Listening much from The Parents Who Always demands Best Education that is Thier right But Try to Understand Situation of the Teacher many times Students not having Proper Books Matireal for online Class may be no prasance , Parents always ready to Complain about Teacher for any small mistake but never Ready understand online Network or the time issues , Every month time table change is also problem little shift of lacture On Saturday timing change They already got less online Session and some time student joining one hour early this kind of mistakes Create fear of Job as gives Parents freedom to Complain and asking for legal step, but they might do not know That I have felt these kinds of Injustice many times in my Job Carrier , IfEnglish language is main for Education so why Parents aspects Hindi understding from the teacher, If they Have admission in English Medium Education so they must learn toSpeak as well as Understand English Language Properly, Asking Questions is the right of Every Student for self development. From last 70 years Indian Education have Developed Employees for Earning Government Jobs are main Intention but Why less Focus On other Activities , from the childhood every student wants to become Doctor engineers and we want Gold Medals in Olompics . The salary and wages are good as per industry standards

It's a residential school, calls you at an avg 20-24days in an year extra. Denys to give you comp off for those extra days , forget about double the wages as per company compliance.

Nothing , the staff encouragement is 0. Everything happens as the coordinators says ...the principal does not have a polite way of talking...in front of everyone she is very sweet but inside the cabin she is altogether a different personality. No encouragement for the teachers....only the old staff is valued

Everything...worst experience of my life...I would request everyone don't go by their advertisement that they pay you 7th pay scale.... everything is a sweet lie...when you go there you will regret.

There is nothing to like about the school as the management has no sense of running the school. Rules and policies keeps changing at the whims and fancies of few people. Telephonically and through mail they do not show their true colors but when you join them then they come with contracts that are modern day slavery traps. They even insist newly joined to submit their original documents which they retain till the end of employment. Teachers are harrased and treated like labors in construction site. This is the only school where recruitment keeps on happening throughout the year because people leave every other day. Because of few sycophant the workplace is toxic. Note: For people who have come here to read review about DPS Gaya please read other reviews which have been posted in last few months. You may find so much of positive reviews about the school as if it is one of best schools in India. All 5 star ratings and no dislikes. School has lost its credibility to such an extent that it has to deploy people to write good reviews on media platforms. For better understanding of school culture and workplace environment please do not rely on fake reviews posted on sites by HR. Plesae get in touch with an employee of the school or someone who has served there. They may give you the true picture of the school.

...ficates to management and then beg infront of them to return when you need them. Again deposit 3 months salary to get your certificates back. No garde pay, 3 months notice period from employee is expected but employer can terminate your services without notice and pay. no fix date for salary deposit.
