Nothing , the staff encouragement is 0. Everything happens as the coordinators says ...the principal does not have a polite way of talking...in front of everyone she is very sweet but inside the cabin she is altogether a different personality. No encouragement for the teachers....only the old staff is valued

Everything...worst experience of my life...I would request everyone don't go by their advertisement that they pay you 7th pay scale.... everything is a sweet lie...when you go there you will regret.

...y the owner to the female teachers who pleases him, the worst school I ever saw. I was shocked by seeing how this big brand of school work, they don't give salary on time, and favours are asked from lady teachers by the management, abuse of their power

...lockdown they haven't supported us. We haven't got our full salaries from April. We are getting 33% of our salary i.e 33% of 15000 is 4950 such a poor amount to handle a family. We also have no assurance to get our remaining salary back.

Poor working culture. Doesn't take care of employees. Treating employees bad. Doesn't value employees.
