Not able to like anything.

In advertisement they wrote salary as per the DPS society norms.... But still they are not following..... maximum teaches are suffering after join..... So who wants to join don't believe their verbal statement.... Only believe in written statement..... And one thing more every year more than 50 teachers are leaving this school..... here teachers are getting behaviour from authority like a dog..... No time will get for family because working time is 8 hours 10 minutes..... From morning to evening..... Increment policy also not..... This year no increment given..... And discrimination is everywhere in the school......

There is nothing to like about the school as the management has no sense of running the school. Rules and policies keeps changing at the whims and fancies of few people. Telephonically and through mail they do not show their true colors but when you join them then they come with contracts that are modern day slavery traps. They even insist newly joined to submit their original documents which they retain till the end of employment. Teachers are harrased and treated like labors in construction site. This is the only school where recruitment keeps on happening throughout the year because people leave every other day. Because of few sycophant the workplace is toxic. Note: For people who have come here to read review about DPS Gaya please read other reviews which have been posted in last few months. You may find so much of positive reviews about the school as if it is one of best schools in India. All 5 star ratings and no dislikes. School has lost its credibility to such an extent that it has to deploy people to write good reviews on media platforms. For better understanding of school culture and workplace environment please do not rely on fake reviews posted on sites by HR. Plesae get in touch with an employee of the school or someone who has served there. They may give you the true picture of the school.

...ficates to management and then beg infront of them to return when you need them. Again deposit 3 months salary to get your certificates back. No garde pay, 3 months notice period from employee is expected but employer can terminate your services without notice and pay. no fix date for salary deposit.

its just another pvt school that promises so much but at the end they r all same.

salary is not realy as per the work load given. schools work never finishes. you r over burdened with extra activities, we are expected to be an teacher, dance teacher, accountant, Escott ever thing under the sun. and salary given is like peanut. no food no ac class no cool water. too much restriction on a teachers attire. why dont they give uniform to teachers as well instead. we spend half of salary on purchasing cloths which might b suitable for dps. no cafeteria.

School administration is extremely poor.Biased attitude. They do not pay salaries on time. There is no family time you get. You need to work till late evenings. Teachers are over burdened.

No lay off during COVID. But salary was half.

...e is bit difficult . Dispersal time is 2.20pm. Leave policies are not suitable. Salary is coming too late.
