...rs, extremely poor management, rude and extremely ill mannered principal and HM. No hikes, no perks, no appreciations, very very low salary in comparison to the workload. 24x7 work. No proper execution of work. Mismanagement of everything. Utter disappointment.

The salary is decent and gave few benefits which kept us happy, there was job security pre-pandemic. But now the management has taken a different policy.

Compensation is good, but there is office politics and no growth.

It's a residential school, calls you at an avg 20-24days in an year extra. Denys to give you comp off for those extra days , forget about double the wages as per company compliance.

...gh standards, which reflects in the student's conduct and academic achievements. Timely salary disbursement along with periodic increments.

Nothing , the staff encouragement is 0. Everything happens as the coordinators says ...the principal does not have a polite way of talking...in front of everyone she is very sweet but inside the cabin she is altogether a different personality. No encouragement for the teachers....only the old staff is valued

Everything...worst experience of my life...I would request everyone don't go by their advertisement that they pay you 7th pay scale.... everything is a sweet lie...when you go there you will regret.
