Worst place to work. Hub of politics. People who are working there from many years will not allow new employees to settle. Even the management is blindly trust on them. They can fire you in a moment inspite of yr good work. So please do work any where but not in DPS. Admin staff full of arrogance, rude and non cooperative feeds the management with misleads facts. Few female staff after working hours revisited the school in the night after 8 pm in to meet the chairman till 11 pm. Very unpleasant atmosphere. New principal is dumb and deaf and have no control.

Work atmosphere is not as happy as the principal claims. There is always anxiety among the staff on job security Principal fires her employees as per half information that she receives from her well wishers she does not use her professionalism
