Student parent connect and few team mates

Dislikes

Work pressure is too high without any compensation or appreciation whatsoever. At times even Sundays are working. The authority doesn't respect young team members and many a times the decisions are very biased. The authority at times uses very rough language and is not very supportive.

The school has transparent policies and takes good care of students. The teacher students ration is framed in such a manner that individual attention is provided to all students. The co-curricular activities play a major role in the holistic development of each child. Each student gets ample opportunity to showcase his/her talent.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
