Management is very much biased too much favouritism and politics for no reason . No salary growth Too much Work load, that too they expect you to do it right when they ask you no deadlines.

Things are available to learn, experience with students and staff is good, workshops organised by the institution to enhance the skills.

Dislikes

No job security, salary is not good at all, no documents are provided, no praisal for teachers, no stability.... for any concern. Things or statements are changing as per the situation. Not paying good amount to the teachers. No medical facilities available for us.
