Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Couldn't get enough opportunity to excell my vast engineering acuman n experience, joined hardly few weeks ago n due to clamping Covid 19 bar am forced to sit at home jobless n still on. Not in habits of sitting idle without work. Was working for power plants as free lancers engineering expert. If allowed may continue to deliver my services till over an age of 90 years though attained 65 yrs as of now.

Dislikes

As already explained, couldn't get much of opportunity to deliver my excellent engineering experiences n sitting at home due to pendamic n closer of Delhi Metro operation unable to get to work
