The work culture is not so good. Salary and increment are not satisfactory. That should be improved in order to motivate employees to work better and with more dedication.

Management especially secretary hold the decisions and weekly call the meeting to harness publicly .Secretary uses bolgour lsngueges and degsrade the staff.

i really like the professional environment of dccw and they are keeping their employees safe by following all the necessary precautions as well as they are providing masks and handsanitizers separately to their employees.
