...lawyer is per day duty and regular lawyer is monthly duty. the workload is huge. there is no other incentive given by the organization except salary (regular lawyer) or wage (in pool lawyer).

Salary Increament was on poor level No leave was granted for field workers

To work for the survivors at the front foot and guiding them personally and helping the survivor and her family members in case for their well being.

Dislikes

... are looking court work and appearing before the hon'ble court on regular basis. There is no hike for the advocates who are working hard and improving themselves day by day for betterment. No motivation given to the employees.
