Dekho Andaman offers a great work from home opportunities for every of its employees. Since I m in operations, I need the freedom to work and cater to tourists being at my own comfort . And Dekho Andaman"s non hectic work culture makes me feel this Is the best company to be. Also, the team is amazing here! We all love working with the M.D directly

I like the secure environment of DEKHO ANDAMAN's work culture. Mr. Mustafa is very respectful and understanding. And this the environment where a person can thrive.

Dislikes

As I'm working from home, so I think there's a bit of lack of communication between us, which leads to misunderstanding.

Dekho Andaman offers a way to grow for their employees. In terms of technology and many things related to sales , you will learn a lot. With great people around to work with, i had a 5 star experience in my Sales field

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
