I worked in this company during 2016-2018. Only problem was the MD of Indian operations ( both of them were fires by German management in 2016 and 2018). THOUGH GERMAN MANAGEMENT WAS EXCELLENT Reasons: 1. None of them was qualified for their jobs nd drawing very high salaries and perks of working in a German brand ( BOTH HAVING PACKAGES APPROX IN RANGE OF INR 6.000.000 AND ONE WAS EVEN USING MERC GIVEN BY OFFICE). 2. Both had poor team management skills and were failures in managing internal politics drived from 3-4 cats. 3. Both were unable to scale the business, they misrabely failed to reach break-even. 4. Both have ruined careers of almost 20-25 people nd kept lying to German management during their stints. 5. One even use to sleep in office sofa, in his cabin. 6. One of them even took credit of work done by others ( though he did 0 work during his stint, 1st one did some work by ineffectively). 7. One of them became prey of his incapability and outsmarted by his immediate reporting team and other one became prey of his own silly politics. 8. Company was reduced from a team of 22 - 23 people to only 1 in later 2016. Revamping took place in 2016 ( I have no clue what happened after that). Overall bad experience as lot of hard working people coming from middle class families had suffered career setbacks because of these two sc*mb*gs. Office boy Subrato was even a better performer I'll not hesitant to say outperformer as compared to these two guys. He had better management nd man management and operational skills than these two. Advice to these two ex-MD's Please dont spoil life of others as karma is a bi***. German management make your reporting structure more robust and TRaNSPARENT towards other employees ( don't just trust heads of India operations). Thanks Rajat
