Fired employees from Oyo healthcart and other companies joined Greenagrevolution are spoiling the previously exist good culture of the co.

Managers doest not respond, HR team is so worst After my last day I am asking for my documents from many days like salary slip no dues experience letter but , they are giving the same making unnecessary delay DeHaat have no future it might be possible they will shift towards another business. Worst place to work very high labour turnover

The Salary being good. Immediate bosses or Line managers being amazing. The admin seems to be there for you n makes yoi feel like youre heard

A lot of work pressure completely disrupting the work life balance. No matter the salary being good, the mental pressure takes a toll on you. The aspirations being high is understood, but sometimes they seem to be too much and crush their employees or team under the expectations which hampers the motivation. - Thoufh the pressure is manageable, there were some other things coz of which majority of the employees left, me being one

Working culter is here use and throw.no one have any emotion for company.only comes for salary hike after Months quit itself eighter trap in boss politics.

Wrist experience here, every where have only politics,no one focus to his work, always trying to blame another. Owners are focused only sales. Other department nothing for him.

No job security. Eventhough it's a great place to work certified, it's one of the worst places to work. No SOPs. Too much manual work. Agri tech company with no tech inclination. Too much politics. Only managers, no leaders. HR is only good for hiring and firing purposes. Attrition rate is so high that even HR can't get off the phone. Management has no clue on how to run the business. People staying here for more than 2 years are either too much into the comfort zone or brain dead. There is a guilt trip if u work less than 10 hrs a day. Managers openly promote the bad culture by example including VPs and AVPs.
