Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

It’s the worst company to work with Terrible experience No job security they fire employees whenever they want No training to employees Employees need to learn everything by themselves and then even listen to the ceo Harsh sentences like you don’t know anything, you are not good at anything etc etc Will suggest no one to work with this company

Total freedom with Self responsibility and they provide us to take decision making. Good atmosphere. Provide very good opportunity to develop as a all rounder.
