Good for freshers to gain some experience. 5 working days per week fixed hours on most days. Working here you get ample time after work and on weekends.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

...otion and appraisal. Minimal to zero appreciation and Credit given for the work. Low salary. Very minimal salary hike, which is also unpredictable. No respect for contractual employees.

Good place to learn everything. We do your work under scientist so we can learn easily.. here they don't put the work pressure on the engineer they give the freedom to everyone that's why do your work completed in the time..👍

The working environment is good. It is not typical "sarkari daftar". You always get opportunities to meet people with great minds

Dislikes

Though it's not sarkari daftar still file procedures are very slow. Some of the Laboratories still don't have good resources. Pace of work being done is very very slow.
